- Description
- This project consists of removing and replacing existing asphalt in three parking areas located north and west of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center hospital building. In addition this project includes removing and replacing parking lot lighting system, reconfiguring parking layout, removing and installing trees, and installing wayfinding signs throughout parking area. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials in connection with this Pavement Improvement Project. The location for this project is at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ. The estimated cost for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS Code is 234110. This procurement is set aside for Indian-Owned Firms under the "Buy-Indian Act", 25 U.S.C. 47. This procurement is to be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The anticipated release date for the solicitation will be on or about June 17, 2002. All request must be in writing for this solicitation package.
