- Description
- The purpose of this project is to statistically evaluate missing data with immunogenicity and reactogenicity data arising from a human clinical trial of the anthrax vaccine. The Offeror will: 1) characterize the type of missing data (random, intentional, informed, etc.,; 2) review the data at specified intervals; 3) construct software to multiply impute missing data points;4) multiplay impute all immunogenicity missing data and selected reactogenicity missing data; and 5) deliver a data set tothe Project Officer for an interim analysis of follow-up data collected on each participant through the first 7 months of their enrollment in the study, the end of the study, and at the completion of all data collection. Tentative issue date is 6/21/02. All questions/concerns shall be submitted via e-mail to lqw5@cdc.gov. Telephone requests will not be acceptable. A cost reimbursement contract will be awarded with a base year and 4 option years if exercised. Award date will be on or about 9/14/02. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. The Government is under no obligation and is unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for proposal receipts may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection.
