- An acquisition utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures is anticipated for the purchase of a variety of Women?s Maternity Marine Corps items. The following end items with corresponding specification and pattern date are as follows: (#1) SHIRT, WOMEN'S MATERNITY, P/W, KHAKI, 2122, LONG SLEEVE, QTY: 1180 EA, SPEC: FNS/PD96-14 DATED 28FEB97 PATTERN DATED: 4/19/96. (#2) SKIRT, MATERNITY, QTY: 780 EA, SPEC: FNS/PD 96-11 DATED 13NOV97 PATTERN DATE: 4/19/96. (#3) SHIRT, WOMEN?S MATERNITY TROP, SHORT SLEEVE, QTY: 280 EA, SPEC: FNS/PD96-14 DATED 28FEB97, PATTERN DATE: 4/19/96. (#4) SLACKS, MATERNITY, QTY: 480 EA, SPEC: A-A-59531 DATED 21DEC99, PATTERN DATE: 4/19/96. (#5) TUNIC, MATERNITY, QTY: 440 EA, SPEC: FNS/PD 96-13 DATED 16JAN97, PATTERN DATED: 12/15/98. (#6) JUMPER, MATERNITY, QTY: 480 EA, SPEC: FNS/PD 96-12 DATED 16JAN97, PATTERN DATE: 4/19/96. Destinations: SNT ? New Cumberland, PA and SDX ? 32nd Street, San Diego, CA. There are no options available. Subject RFQ is set aside for 100% Small Business participation. There will be 2 deliveries beginning 120 days after date of award. Offerors are to submit their responses on or before June 17, 2002. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home. From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation WILL NOT be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offeror FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The NSN notification will contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
