- DSCC is a Solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 3, Machinery, which contains 20 NSNs. This will be a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this Solicitation is 24 June 02, with a closing date of 24 July 02.
