- DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 2, Valves which contains 40 NSNs. This will be an unrestricted solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this solicitation is 24 June 02, with a closing date of 24 July 02.
