- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform transient aircraft ground services for Grand Forks AFB as described in the Statement of Work. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The basic period will be from 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with four option years. The government is considering whether or not to set aside this acquisition for HUBZone concerns only. If you are a HUBZone firm interested in this project and reasonably expect to submit a proposal, please respond by e-mail to dan.lacroix@grandforks.af.mil. Your response must include a list of similar jobs involving service contract management completed within the last three years including references and all contracts now in progress. Your response must be complete and include this information; otherwise the government will assume a reasonable offer by your firm will not be expected. Your response is requested by 20 Apr 02. Depending on responses from HUBZone concerns, this acquisition will either be a HUBZone set-aside or a small business set-aside. All contractors MUST certify that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor registration at website https://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation file at website http://www.eps.gov. No paper copies or CD-ROM's will be issued.
