Description

Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, NSN: 9135-00-965-2526, Estimated Quantity: 115,000 tons; Liquid Oxygen, Type II, Grade A, IAW MIL-PRF-25508F, NSN: 9135-00-965-2527, Estimated Quantity: 33,000 tons. Performance period for both products will be 1 August 2002 through 31 July 2007. These products will be delivered f.o.b. destination to nine different locations in the southern California area. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the World Wide Web at the Defense Energy Support Center home page (www.desc.dla.mil) on or about 18 March 2002. When the solicitation is posted on the home page a notice will be sent to all firms on the mailing list. If you do not have access to the internet a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Requests for copies of the solicitation should be faxed to Bob Mayfield at (210)925-9758 or E-mail your request to rmayfield@desc.dla.mil. Proposals will not be accepted by E-mail, however facsimile proposals are authorized at (210)925-9758 to the attention of Bob Mayfield. If you intend to submit an offer you are required to complete, sign, and return the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
