Description

Construct new Barona Fire Station, 1200 s.f. Engine Garage, parking area including all amenities for a complete station. This includes but is not limited to a wood frame building, w/ tile roof and stucco exterior, concrete, structural steel, interior finishing, building utilities, site utilities, asphalt, aggregate base,excavation and backfill, trenching, borrow fill, site grading, site drainage structures,and tie-in with the county road. Also included is 100' extension of water district sewer main to be constructed by qualified 'A' licensed contractor. Construction documents and drawings for sewer extension have been approved by the water district plan check department. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a permit from the water district and for paying applicable inspection fees and any required security deposit. Solicitation upload will on or about April 8, receipt for proposals on or about may 15, 2002, close of business. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
