- Description
- Provide on-site mommography screening, x-ray, diagnostic mammography radiologic interpretation, consultation, and reporting services at three sites PHS Sells Hospital, San Xavier Clinic and Santa Rosa Clinic on the Tohono O'odham Nation Reservation for the Indian Health Service. Services to include all necessary supplies, x-ray equipment, certified radiologist and radiologic technologist (Mammographer) personnel, and self-sustaining American College of Radiography (ACR) certified mobile unit.
