- This modifies a previously published Presolicitation Notice to the above referenced solicitation number. The part number to line item number four (4) has been corrected. This correction is reflected in Solicitation number OST02RFP0041 Amendment Three (3). This amendment has been provided to all offerors who have received the original solicitation and two previous amendements. All others shall contact this office to request the entire solicitation package. The deadline for receipt of proposals remains as close of business, Friday, June 7, 2002. Offerors are welcome to submit multiple proposals, as well as partial proposals. The Government reserves the right to award to the best overall value to the Government. Offerors shall send proposals to the DOI OST Contracting office only:Department of the Interior; Office of the Special Trustee; Attn: Sharon L.
