- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to make the following clarifications to the BAA: 1. Offerors are encouraged to limit their Summary Concept Paper responses to five pages. 2. Offerors which have been certified as a Small Business Concern should indicate that status on their submittal. 3. Offerors are reminded that a BAA is for the acquisition of basic and applied research and that part of development not related to the development of a specific system or hardware procurement (FAR 35.016.) White Papers related to the development of a specific system will be returned as non-responsive.
