- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. A Request for Proposal MDA112-02-R-0015 is attached to this announcement. Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following item: Engineering, furnishing, installation, testing and training to provide one (1) each, Television Production Vehicle (TPV). System c/o the van (commercially available vehicle, except where modifications or fabrications are required to meet the specification of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).). Installed equipment racks, consoles for production switching system; and video control, a console for audio mixer and director stations. Required for the Inspection and Acceptance (I&A) at origin (Contractor Plant) in five (5) months after contract award. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-7. This Solicitation is a 100% for small business set-aside, the associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, (750 employees). All response to this solicitation must make reference to MDA112-02-R-0015. Commercial Items. Also contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
