- Description
- The NTSB requires contractor assistance to assess its human resources (HR) program. The individual(s) assigned to participate in this project must have an in-depth knowledge of and substantial Federal personnel experience in the areas of recruitment/staffing and classification/position management. Broad knowledge and experience in incentive awards administration, leave administration, pay administration, performance management, employee/labor relations, training and employee development, and HR security are highly desirable. Such experience should include a background in coordinating and/or participating in OPM oversight and audit programs and/or an in-depth knowledge of OPM procedures/policies/practices related to their oversight and audit program.
