- Work to include but not limited to improve the insulation properties of the external walls on the porch areas of Building Two by adding an insulation board with an R - value of 7.2, a layer of 1/2" gypsum board, and insulation around the existing windows on the building according to the scope of work for specific details. For the Battle Creek Federal Center 74 N. Washington Ave., Battle Creek, MI 49017. This procurement is reserved for Emerging Small Business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS Code is 233320/Z111 with small standard business size of $27.5 million. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 - $50,000. This procurement is not available electronically. Interested parties must request a copy of the solicitation to determine the full scope of work and are urged and expected to make a site visit. This solicitation can be requested in writing or by fax but must be on official company letterhead accompanied by an original signature and must include the companies tax id number or Dun & Bradstreet number.
