- NAICS Code: 562212 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA) National Risk Management Research Laboratory, Subsurface Protection and Remediation Division, located at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center in Ada, OK, requires a contractor to provide Hazardous Waste Pickup and Disposal. The Contractor shall obtain all permits, and other forms of documentation required in order to comply with all Federal, EPA, State and Local entities which may be applicable to the removal, transportation and subsequent disposal of the waste. In addition, the contractor shall satisfy any disposal facility access requirements, including fees. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, equipment and materials necessary to package, mark, label and load the waste for transport and disposal. At a minimum, the contractor personnel and equipment shall meet all safety requirements set forth in applicable Federal, NRC, DOT, EPA, State, Oklahoma DEQ and local regulations. The contractor shall perform the work in a safe manner in accordance with 10 CFR 20, 29 CFR 1910, 40 CFR 260, 40 CFR 270, 42 USCA 6901-6992 and any other applicable laws and regulations. The purchase order will be awarded as a three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement. This is a small business set-aside. This procurement will be processed under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The NAICS is 562212, the small business size standard is $10.5 million (maximum annual receipts). It is anticipated that request for quotations shall be issued around 6/14/02, with quotes due around 6/24/02.
