Description

NA This is a sole source procurement for which the Government intends to negoiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 to provide resources to plan, organize, manage personnel, operate and perform the Fort Sill Directorate of Logistics (DOL) supply, maintenance and transportation logistical support services. The proposed procurement is a modification to the current contract for a 1 year period from 1 October 02 through 30 September 03. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 56121. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted and NOT set-aside for small business. A cost-plus-award fee contract is contemplated. Estimated issue date is 9 Jul 02. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Int erested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. However, all proposals received within 30 calendar days after date of publication of this sysnopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Gover nment not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
