- NA This is a COMBINED/SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The US Army intends to procure the following ite m: Surveying Tripods, NSN 6675-00-641-3572, a quantity of 23 each in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A52298A which may be obtained at http://astimage.daps.dla.mil/docimages/0001/54/92/52298A.PD2 CID A-A52298A is modified by CECOM as follo ws: Para. 2.3.2 The plumb line holding device may position the pivot point of the plumb bob at the bottom center of the instrument fastener. Para. 2.4.2 The foot spur may extend from the foot between 1.375 and 1.50 + or - .06 inches. Shipments are FOB D estination. All items are to be shipped to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Delivery shall be within 60 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-981). PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES APPLICABLE TO THIS ACQUISITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. Items (OCT 2000), no addenda included; FAR 52-212-3 ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (FEB 2002), for Paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (18), and (24); and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement S tatutees or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (NOV 2001), for Paragraph (b) the following clause applies: 252.225-7001; FAR 52.227-01, Authorization and Consent (JUL 1995); DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract or Registration (CCR)Notification (NOV 2001).
