NA POINT OF CONTACT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS MARY G. PITMAN, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 256-876-4246. **TELEPHONE REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED** THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA, WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. System: HEL LFIRE, Nomenclature: Wiring Harness, Branched, PRON: D1285443, NSN: 1440-01-123-3630, P/N: 13009467. Government Tested Quality Verification is required. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Minimum quantity is 50 and t he maximum quantity is 1,125. The Government will only be obligated to order the stated minimum quantity for program period one. The Government is not obligated to issue any additional orders against the contract; however, the Government reserves the rig ht to order up to the maximum quantity. The Government has segregated the potential quantities into five program periods; however, this does not preclude exercising its rights under FAR 52.126-19 by ordering the maximum quantity specified in FAR 52.216-19 (B)(1) at anytime during the indefinite quantity period. This solicitation is subject to the AMCOM Spares Best Value contracting process. See Sections B, F, H, L and M of the solicitation. The proposed contract listed herein is a competitive acquisition , set-aside for 8(a) companies and Federal Prisons Industries. Evaluation of proposals and subsequent award will be based on price and past performance of same or similar item. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 150 days after contract award. 90 days for delivery and 60 days testing. Delivery Schedule without tests, 90 days af ter contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
