- Description
- Desc. 15 Each Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and (1) PC Client Workstation including software and installation. The following P/Ns are Advanced Control Systems P/N and are applicable: ACS NTU7575 LS Monitor and Control Kit, 15 each, ACS SCADA Workstation (1 EA), ACS Software (1 EA). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement to: Advanced Control Systems (ACS), 2755 Northwoods Pkwy, Norcross GA 30071. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation--commerical items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications - commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions - commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders--commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569. The anticipated award date will be Jun 7, 2002.
