- Request purchase of the following High Mast Lighting poles and fixtures manufactured by Holophane Corporation Purchase 13 High Mast Lighting poles {NSN-- Holophane #HMS100H4635GALV-12-LD5-E2- (4) HMST (8)PB2-SS-FAA- 2TR480}, Purchase 88 Floodlight Fixtures, {NSN--Holophane #PB2C10HP4844N PRISMBEAM II}, and Purchase 52 Down-light Fixtures {NSN Holophane #HMSPC10HP48S1 HIGH MAST PRISMETAL}. The equipment will be installed at the wastewater treatment plant, Bldg 177, Guard gates and Bldg 47, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offerors Representations and Certifications - Com-mercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors. Oral Procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (912) 926-3569, please include payment terms. The approx. issue/response date is 10 June 2002 The anticipated award will be shortly afterwards. All contractors have to register in the Central Contractor Registration to receive a Government award.
