General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F73TPM21400100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-03 effective 27 Dec 01 and wage determination 94-2033 REV 20. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAIC: 314999; Size Std: 500 employees. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600 CST on 7 June 02. AMENDED DESCRIPTION: G-12 CARGO PARACHUTES, WEIGHT: 128 POUNDS; SHAPE: FLAT, CIRCULAR WITH DIAMETER OF 64 FEET; 64 GORES, 64 SUSPENSION LINES, 2 RISERS; ALL CHUTES BEING SUBMITTED FOR REPAIRS ARE ALL THIS TYPE OF PARACHUSE.
