- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F41652-02-Q-0001 is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement is unrestricted. The SIC Code is 3088/NIACS code is 326191. Desired delivery date is 30 days after award; FOB destination, acceptance by the government at Dyess AFB. DESCRIPTION: 0001: PURCHASE OF ONE (1) PORTABLE TOILET TRAILER. Must be: mobile by connection to a trailer hitch, electrical appliances must run off of a 120 Volt outlet (30 Amps), water must be able to be supplied by a garden hose. Must have: electrical power, roof mounted heating and cooling units, and interior and exterior lighting. Must be constructed of Fiberglass Material must be able to be sanitized with bleach and disinfectant on a daily basis. Color scheme must be as follows per Federal Standard #595a: Latrine exterior- #23531 (sandstone), Trim- #10091 (skotchlight brown), Lettering #26044 (charcoal).Trailer must be lockable, have crank-up roof vents, and sidewall exhaust fans. Trailer must have separate men and women's facilities. Men's facilities must have 2 private flushing toilets, 2 flushing urinals, 1 sink with running water, 1 soap dispenser, 1 towel dispenser, 1 disposal basket. Women's facilities must have 3 private flushing toilets, 1 sink with running water, 1 soap dispenser, 1 towel dispenser, 1 disposal basket. Proposed Delivery Date: _______. Price: $________.
