- This is a solicitation for a non-personal commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 37, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a request for quotation. This is a total small business set aside: NAICS code 56173 small business size standard is $6.0. There is 1 line item 0001?Cut all trees/shrubs to ground level per Statement of Work dated 21 May 02, and Base Map. Department of Labor Wage 1994-2511, Revision Number 20 applies to this acquisition. Contractor CAGE code must be provided with quote. All quotes must include any applicable taxes, including New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. Quotes must include a period of performance.
