- Description
- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Lanier Worldwide, Inc. The contract award will include a base period of 12 months and 4 one-year option periods. Contractor shall provide continuation of full service maintenance on Lanier OS-4800 System, Voice Dictation located at the Waco, ICF facility. Maintenance shall consist of, but not limited to; Telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, on-site response time for routine service calls within 6 hours of official notification; emergency service as required; all necessary parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the fixed price. Contractor shall provide full-time in maintenance and repair of Lanier Voice Dictation Systems or similar voice dictations systems, and shall provide a copy of their certification verifying their certification to repair and maintain Lanier Dictation Equipment. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 and 14, it is anticipated that a solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a commercial service. The applicable NAISC code is 811212, and procurement shall be non-restrictive. The anticipated issued date of the written RFQ is o/a 6/12/02, and the proposal due date is 7/26/02. Only written requests for the solicitation package, submitted on company letterhead, will be accepted.
