- Notice of proposed contract action and pre-solicitation notice. NAICS code 235990 with a $12 million threshold applies. Sealed bids for award of firm-fixed price construction contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision to replace the Fire alarm and medical gas alarm systems throughout the VAMC Campus at 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY. Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Requests for bid packages must be in writing (no telephone requests will be accepted) and mailed to the contracting officer on this solicitation. There is a $50.00 NON-Refundable charge per bid package. Make check/money order payable to VAMC (603) and indicate the Solicitation number. Bid packages will be available on or about June 20, 2002 with bid opening set for July 23, 2002 @ 2:30PM local (eastern standard) time.
