- Update on the New Powerhouse Construction at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan. The project has been transferred to a new contracting officer. As of this time, there are no definitive dates for issuance, pre-bid or bid opening, however, it is anticipated the solicitation will be issued within the next few weeks. All information, including the solicitation, specifications,drawings, amendments, prebid minutes etc., will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies will not be issued for this project. Except for the changes noted in this modification, the information in the previous synopsis and modification remain the same.*****
