- Description
- The FDA has a requirment to conduct human clinical drug studies and perform analytical work on collected biological specimens. If necessary, possible analytical methodology development work may be required. In the clinical portion of this contract, the contractor shall administer selected drugs to normal healthy volunteers and then collect biological specimens (blood, urine, etc.) according to study protocols that will be supplied by the contractor and/or the FDA. In the analytical portion, the contractor shall perform analytical methodology validation and the analysis of collected human biological specimens for drug(s) and/or metabolite(s) concentrations. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will only be available on the FedBizOpps web page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and amendments. The RFP should be available for downloading on/about fifteen (15) days after publication of this announcement. The FDA reserves the right to award without discussions.
