- U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to award a Purchase Order on a Sole Source Basis to R> J. Lee Group Inc., to provide an electron Microscopic Characterization of Air Particulate Samples, with associated training and development. There will be no solicitation issued. There has been a "Market Survey" performed relating to the travel area around Pittsburgh (50 Mile radius). All question to be e-mialed to Thomas J.
