- This Amendment adds the following information. All other information remains the same. This Amendment is dated May 31, 2002. 1. Professional Qualification: a) Architect licensed on staff or retained in the State of Oregon. b) Structural Engineer licensed on staff or retained in the State of Oregon. c) Mechanical Engineer licensed on staff or retained in the State of Oregon. 2. Specialized Experience: a) Has staff with knowledge of local county permitting requirements and local building codes. b) Has staff with knowledge of historic preservation laws and regulations and experience in working on historic buildings. c) Has staff with knowledge of and experience in providing barrier-free accessibility facilities in compliance with the uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. 3. Capacity to perform work in desired time frame. 4. Previous Government Contract experience, especially related to working with historic structures and providing barrier-free accessible facilities.
