- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Region 2 has a requirement for rehabilitation of the Rourke Ranch Main House. The work of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the exterior rehabilitation. Items of work included, but not limited to, are: Rehabilitation of the porch, Replacement of the roof, and Replacement of the electrical service. This project is located in Picketwire Canyon approximately 25 miles south of La Junta, Colorado, in Section 24, T.28 S., R.56 W, 6 th Principal Meridian. Access to the Rourke Ranch is through a U.S. Army maneuver site and is controlled. Permission must be granted by the Army and Forest Service before access will be allowed. A pre-bid tour has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 26, 2002, the solicitation will be available to download only from the fedbizops.gov web site and is expected to be issued approximately June 14, 2002. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days. Award of a firm-fixed price construction project is anticipated and this project is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
