- This synopsis was modified to note a change is the solicitation issue date from 5/28/02 to 5/31/02. The closing date was changed to the response date listed. PR No. YPG02115000167. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1650-00-838-3584; DISK, VALVE. Quantity 800 each. 100% options applies. The OEM is EATON Aerospace LLC dba Sterer Engineering Cage 76050; P/N MC10107. FOB origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Requested delivery 130 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for the NSN. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216-20/home on the issue date cited.
