- 1680-01-053-9331, Sleeve Assembly, manufactured to Parker Hannifin Corp P/N 1011-54. Item is for use on the F-16 Aircraft. Parker Hannifin is the only approved manufacturer. Any manufacturer other than Parker Hannifin must submit a complete SAR package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (reference FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). Option 1: Clauses, Provisions. Scroll down to Section L and select clause L58. Critical Application Item. No drawings or sample parts available. Other than full and open competition. Intent to award against existing BOA with Parker Hannifin. Origin inspection required. FOB is Origin; ship 57 each to Tinker AFB, OK and 241 each to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation to contain a 100% Quantity Option provision.. A letter solicitation will be issued to Parker Hannifin. Solicitation is currently due to be released 24 June 2002 with a due date of 24 July 2002. Numbered Note 26 apply.
