Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to full install 2 each new state of the are microprocessor control systems with fireman's return systems, 2 each new AC drive motors with 350 FPM machines, 1 each new cab in Shaft #5 to match #6 rated at 3500 lbs. using existing hoistway doors. Rehab cab #6 to matche new cab #5 to include: All demolition and required new support steel, concrete, wiring and equipment as required to meet all existing codes in accordance with any and all drawings, prints and specifications at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Gulfport, MS. Contractor must request bid packages in writing. E-mail and/or Fax requests are acceptable. Issue date is June 11, 2002 and a Pre-Bid Conference will be held June 25, 2002.
