Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 5,227 rentable square feet of office and related use space which will include a laboratory. An additional 4,600 rentable square feet of warehouse space is required for a total of 9,827 rentable square feet producing a total of 8,545 usable square feet for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Secure, fenced parking for 10 vehicles and 4 equipment trailers is required on site. Unique Requirements: The warehouse space should have a minimum of 2 entrances suitable for entering with a motorized vehicle. Location: The space must be located within the city limits of Albuquerque, NM. Term: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than June 12, 2002, and should include the following information: Street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered; name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; evidence of authority to represent the owner. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations regarding the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
