- GSA, FSS intends to establish a "not to exceed" one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for the National Stock Numbers listed below. These NSN's are part of GSA's Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination with 30 days delivery. In addition to the standard clauses that apply to all GSA Stock Orders, the following clauses apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction - Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware, D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies. Award will be based on price and deliver time (DARO). Quantities stated below are estimates based on the last two years usage.
