- Solicitation to be issued 07 June 2002. Bidders must hold a Master Shipbuilding Repair Agreement (MSRA) with the Navy and be located within a 75 mile radius of the vessel's homeport of Pascagoula, MS. SRA includes hull, machinery, electrical, electronics and piping. Work is to be accomplished at the Contractor's facility.
