- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport intends to solicit for the following items and services in support of the development of its F-18 torque motor depot facility. The successful offeror will assist NUWC Division Keyport with identifying the required specifications for the Samarium Cobalt magnets associated with the F-18 torque motor. The successful offeror will also procure the required magnets and repopulate and machine the torque motor rings in accordance with the applicable drawings (to be provided with solicitation) for delivery to NUWC Division Keyport. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. Delivery requirements will be specified in the individual delivery orders. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 7, 2002. No telephone requests for copies of the solicitation wil l be accepted.
