- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0199 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2002-07 as well as DCN 20020426. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325998 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN:0001, 12,800 ea. Universal Emplacement Stand ?IAW? Drawing 6915059. Drawing are available to download at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/02q0199/02q0199.htm. Exception to drawing items listed with find No. 7, 8, and 9 will be procured separately. Material: Poly -Vinyl Chloride) Compound Per ASTM D1784, Class 12545-C, Color Black/Dark Gray. Material Certification will be Required. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 120 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
