- Description
- This is a concurrent announcement/RFQ for a Human Resource Management Certificate Program for the U. S. Department of the Interior University (DOIU). The Certificate program shall consist of a minimum of six courses or 18 credits. See other information in the RFQ in Electronic Commerce (EC). There are technical offer instructions and technical evaluation criteria also listed in the RFQ. After technical evaluation of offers, the DOI anticipates entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with successful offeror. The announcement and RFQ both close on June 5, 2002.
