- NA Generator Rental per the specifications for a period of one (1) month starting on 19 April 2002 for use at the Norrell/Mills Locks and Dams, Pine Bluff Project Office, Pine Bluff, Arkansas . This is to be a Firmed Fixed Price Contract. This is 100% set-as ide for small business. Solicitation will be will be posted on the Contracting Division internet website on or about 29 May 2002 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be made available in paper or any other format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper or another medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer WILL NOT be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 29 May 2002. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil/Advertise dSolicitations.asp). The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 24 June 2002, 2:00 p.m. local time. NAISC code 532490 will apply with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. Numbered note 1 applies.
