- NA This synopsis modifies the synopsis previously published on 14 Feb 02. The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is in the process of relocating existing internal laboratory facilities (equipment and furnishings). This effort requires disconnecting, rigging, pa cking or crating, transporting, fitting up (for electrical, mechanical and other equipment), reinstalling, hooking up, calibrating, disposing, cleaning up and restoring spaces from which the equipment/furnishings were disconnected. A favorable National Ag ency Check (NAC) shall be required for contractor personnel working on the resultant contract prior to award of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235950 - $12,000,000.00. The proposed contract will be awarded afte r an 8(a) only competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency. The solicitation exists in electronic format only and is available on w3.arl.army.mil/contract/kosol.htm. This solicitation will close o n 26 Jul 02 at 1400.
