- NA CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPERVISION TO FABRICATE, LINE, DRY-OUT AND SHIP ONE REFRACTORY LINED OPEN BURNING GROUND PAN AS SPECIFIED IN SUPPLIED DRAWINGS. THE PAN SHALL BE LINED WITH PLIBRICO'S PLICAST TUFF MIX WITH KK T O A NOMINAL DEPTH OF FOUR INCHES ON ALL INTERIOR PAN SURFACES. APPLICATION OF THE REFRACTORY MATERIAL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND DRY OUT SCHEDULE FOR THE REFRACTORY MATERIAL DRY OUT PERIOD. THE BURN PAN SHALL BE SHIPPED ON A PALLET OR CRATE SO THAT A FORKLIFT MAY BE USED TO OFFLOAD THE PAN FROM THE FREIGHT CARRIER. POC IS ELIZABETH CRAWFORD AT 309 782-1044 OR crawforde@osc.army.mil
