- NA This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. USA CECOM is soliciting for a competitive acquisition for the award of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) ten-year contract to produce various products associated wit h the AN/APR-39A(V)1 and (V)3 Radar Signals Detecting Sets, Spares, and Test Equipment. Solicitation will be released on or about 25 June 2002.
