- NA The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703 has posted the Laser Borelight System (LBS) solicitation and the following attachments: Performance Specification, PRF-A 3275564, dated 16 May 2002; Statement of Work (SOW), d ated 16 May 2002; the LBS Offsets; and the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), dated 25 March 2002.
