- Description
- The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Feltwell is conducting an OMB Circular A-76 Direct Conversion of Personnel Database Management and Base Enlisted Speciality Training at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall and other GSU Locations. The acquisition will be offered for full and open competition. The contract will be for one base year and four, one year options. The issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 19 July 02, with closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. When the solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones an offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov At the home page select the EPS for Vendors. Active solicitation will be listed in accordance with their date of issuance. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available.
