- 1. Computer Resource Specialist Service For The Family Support Center Located At Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Solicitation number FA4416-02-T-0025, Quotes are due 4 June 2002, 4:30 p.m. eastern time. Point of contact: Stacy Mackay, 301-981-2308. 2. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns; all responsible sources may submit a proposal. 3. A site visit is scheduled for 30 May 2002 at 10:00 a.m. The site visit will begin at the Family Support Center, Bldg 1610 Menoher Drive, Andrews AFB, MD. Offerors interested in attending the site visit must provide the following information, on company letter head, no later than 1:00 p.m. on 29 May 2002: Name of attendee; Driver?s License Number and State; Vehicle make, model and year; License Plate Number and State and Social Security Number. 3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 4. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA4416-02-T-0025 applies. 5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. 6. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 54159 and the business size standard is $21 Million. 7. Contract Line Iitem (CLIN) 0001: Period of Performance: 1 Jul 2002 ? 30 Jun 2003 Quantity-12, Unit of Issue ? Month. Description of Services: Computer Resource Specialist CLIN 1001: Period of Performance: Option Period I - Jul 2003 ? 30 Jun 2004 Quantity 12, Unit of Issue ? Month. Description of Services: Computer Resource Specialist 8. STATEMENT OF WORK: See Federal Business Opportunity web site @ www.eps.gov. The statement of work will be posted against solicitation number FA4416-02-T0025. 9. The provision at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders?Commercial Items applies.
