- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 421450 with business size standard 100 employees. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229 has a requirement to purchase three (3) Cardiocap5, Rev B Monitors, P/N 6051-0000-164 manufactured by Datex-Ohmeda or equal. The associated components are required three (3) US Localization Kit includes Power Cord, User Guide, P/N 6050-0005-199, three (3) F-MXG Gas Frame Option Includes: Configured Monitor with 5-Lead ECG ST Analysis, Spo2, 1 Temperature NIBP and Respiration P/N 6050-0005-617, three (3) N-XCAIO Gas Option with C02, 02,N20, and 5 agent ID, P/N 6050-0005-613, three (3) S-XANE01 Anesthesia Software, P/N 6050-0005-615, three (3) N-XP 2 invasive Pressure with 2 Temps for Gas Unit, P/N 6050-0005-940, three (3) N-XREC Recorder, 2 button, P/N 6050-0005-941, three (3) N-XNET Cardiocap/5 Network Option, P/N 6050-0005-622, three (3) N-XOSAT enhanced Sp02, P/N 6050-0005-917, three (3) Anesthesia User's Reference Manuel, P/N 6050-0006-347, three (3)Anesthesia and Critical Care Technical Reference Manual, P/N 6050-0006-345, three (3) 303 Series 5-lead wire trunk cable, 3m/10ft, P/N 545303, three (3) 300 Series 5-lead wire set 125cm/49 in leg & 75cm/30in chest snaps, P/N 545328, three (3) Adult/Pediatric NIBP Kit includes: Adult/Pediatric Black Cuff Hose, 10ft,Latex-Free Reusable Large Adult Cuff, Latex-Free Reusable Standard Adult Cuff, Latex-Free Reusable Small Adult Cuff,Latex-Free Reusable Pediatric Cuff, P/N 8000088.
