- Description
- This requirement is for the non-competitive acquisition for a sole source Buy Indian contract for outpatient, outreach and transitional living substance abuse treatment services for the Native American Indian population residing in Sacramento County in California. The request for non-competitive acquisition is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. This proposal is restricted to the Sacramento Urban Indian Health Project, of Sacramento, California. No requests for the proposal package will be accepted.
