- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to procure services for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) training for Fishery Management Council members, associated fishing industry representatives, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) representatives. Offerors must have past/present experience in conducting NEPA training with the focus on marine fisheries management actions. Must have a thorough knowledge of NEPA and appropriate NEPA training subject matter and techniques. Offeror shall possess experience preparing NEPA analysis for actions originating from Magnuson-Stevens Fisheries Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson Act) through the Regional Fishery Management council process established by the Magnuson Act, and/or experience preparing NEPA analyses for actins originating from the Endangered Species Act. The NAICS Code is 611430. This services will acquired under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items Procedures.
