- This Presolicitation Notice is amended as follows: Receipt of Proposals are due June 21, 2002 at 4:00 p.m., local time for the Student Scheduling and Administration System (SASS). Only electronic copies are available at www.eps.gov (Click on FTC 02-09). There is a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on May 30, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Brunswick (Glynco), GA. ANYONE NOT ATTENDING THIS CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED! Because the FLETC is a secure facility, (no cameras are allowed) visitors must obtain a Visitor Pass which will require prior coordination. Offerors are requested to provide the Procurement Office with the names of all proposed attendees by letter, telephone, or fax. This notification should be made at least two (2) working days prior to the scheduled meeting. The fax number which may be used is: (912) 280-5343, Attention: Deborah Wrice, Telephone: 912-261-3631. Facility will be available on May 31, 2002 should the offeror need to stay. Notification to the above must take place. This solicitation is unrestricted.
